Plenty Of Key Results In The Dublin LGFA Club Competitions In Championship, League And Cup
There were a raft of crucial games in the Dublin LGFA Club Competitions last night with ties in the championship, league and cup taking place around the county.
In Group B of the Junior F championship Round Towers (Lusk) made it three wins from three to claim top in the group with an emphatic win over Lucan Sarsfields B by 7-12 to 0-02.
There were important wins in Division 1 of the adult cup for Kilmacud Crokes over Cuala by 8-15 to 1-05, Fingallians defeated Na Fianna by 6-12 to 2-07 and St Brigids had eight points to spare over Ballyboden St Endas with the game finishing 4-15 to 4-07.
Moving on to Division 2 of the Cup competition Raheny scored four crucial goals to claim the win over Clann Mhuire with the final score 4-04 to 0-11, Parnells continued their high scoring exploits this season beating Templeogue Synge Street by 5-10 to 1-08 and Lucan Sarsfields enjoyed a comprehensive win over St Patricks Wicklow by 4-15 to 1-06.
