Seven New Ireland Assurance Club Championship finals have been played since last Wednesday August 24th. Congratulations to the players and management teams of St Maurs, Naomh Barrog, O’Dwyers, Parnells, Clanna Gael Fontenoy, Ballyboughal and St Monica’s on their championship victories.
……and then there were two!
Tomorrow night Friday September 2nd will be Ladies night in Parnell Park as the women of Clontarf, Clanna Gael Fontenoy, Foxrock Cabinteely and St Brigid’s go into battle to decide who will be crowned Dublin Intermediate and Senior champions for 2016.

Foxrock Cabinteely v St Brigids,

The senior game is a repeat of the 2015 final on that occasion Foxrock Cabinteely fought off the challenge from St Brigids to lift the Michael Murphy Cup.
