Conor Dooley takes over the goalkeeping duties while Conor Robinson and Liam Rushe come into the defence.
In attack Domhnaill Fox, Thomas Connolly, Alan Moore and Ryan O’Dwyer have all been handed starting berths.
Dublin must beat Wexford to advance to the semi-finals.
