The returning star wing forward Danny Sutcliffe takes the hot seat

Ahead of this weekend’s crunch Leinster Senior Hurling fixture against Offaly in Parnell Park, DUBSTV brought the cameras to the dressing room to speak to St. Jude’s star Danny Sutcliffe.

To the delight of the Dublin hurling fans, and after a small hiatus, Danny returned from studying, working and travelling abroad to rejoin the Senior set up under the new eyes of Pat Gilroy.

At 26, we all hope Danny will be around for quite some time, to add to his already successful hurling career to date. Sutcliffe holds championship medals in Leinster Minor Football, Leinster U21 hurling, the Walsh Cup, and of course Senior League and Leinster Championships, not to mention a much coveted All Star award in 2013.

In this video, Danny goes through the now familiar line of questioning like, worst dressed team mate and toughest team mate, with surprisingly the same answer. he also shares his favourite game as a Dublin fan, his favourite game as a player, his likes and dislikes in food and drink, and of course what he’d change about himself.

Let’s hope Danny’s speed on the pitch in Parnell Park on Sunday is a quick as his answers in the video.
