Sunday is Hurling Semi Final day and Parnell Park will be overflowing with fans from the four teams who have qualified.
At 2:15pm Kilmacud Crokes will face O’Tooles in the opening fixture. Crokes dispensed of Craobh Chiarain in their Quarter Final on a scoreline of 3-11 to 1-06. O’Tooles saw off Crumlin on a score of 3-18 to 0-19. These two teams are well matched and this is a perfect opener.
At 4:00pm reigning champions Cuala will face a tough challenge in Lucan Sarsfields. Both these sides had closer encounters in their Quarter Finals. Cuala faced Ballyboden St. Endas and ran out winners on a score of 1-19 to 1-14. Lucan Sarsfields played out a thriller against St. Judes and Lucan eventually crossed the line on a score of 2-23 to 2-21.
This is sure to be a great display of hurling in the county, and as always a perfect chance to see inter county stars bring their passion back to their clubs.
