What better way to relive some of this year’s championship then a look back on Dublin’s path back to Croke Park once again to capture their third consecutive All Ireland Championship.

Through Leinster and the All Ireland Series, Jim Gavin’s men looked simply unstoppable, showing once again the massive gap they have carved in the provincial championship, and until they met Mayo in September there really wasn’t a fixture they didn’t look like winning in the All Ireland.

Look back on all six games in this GAA NOW video highlight reel, as Dublin see off Carlow, Westmeath and Kildare in this year’s Leinster Championship. From there the Dubs went onto brush past Monaghan and Tyrone before facing their old foes for the chance to win their third championship on the bounce.

And in a game that simply had everything, it was Dean Rock who created yet another last minute moment to send Dublin fans into rapture as Stephen Cluxton graciously climbed the Hogan Stand steps to ensure Sam Maguire was staying in the capital for another year.
