Dublin Senior Manager Dessie Farrell shows faith in the same starting 15 for Leinster decider with Kildare tomorrow

Leinster Final - Dublin v Kildare

Dublin v Kildare
Sunday, August 1st. 4:00pm
Croke Park, Dublin

Will it be an eleventh consecutive Leinster Crown for the Dublin Senior Footballers tomorrow afternoon? And the start of their road to a seventh All Ireland in a row? We don’t have that long to wait to find out. Dublin will face Kildare at 4pm tomorrow. And after a tough encounter against Meath in the provincial Semi Final, will tomorrow’s game be as close?

Dublin last faced Kildare in Leinster action back in 2019 winning by 0-26 to 0-11 in that Semi Final. The last time the sides met in a provincial decider was 2017. And that was a 2-23 to 1-17 scoreline in favour of the Dubs.

Earlier today Dublin manager Dessie Farrell named his starting 15 for tomorrow Leinster Final. And the boss has made no changes to the 15 that started and beat Meath in the last four clash a couple of weeks ago.

Jonny Cooper, Peadar Ó Cofaigh Byrne and Dean Rock were last minute changes to that starting 15, with Philly McMahon Tom Lahiff and Colm Basquel making way before throw in. And those three player have kept their starting slots in today’s announcement.
