Dublin supporters are in for a early season treat with a double header of competitive football and hurling action on the 8th of January in Parnell Park.
Thats the day Jim Gavin and Ger Cunninghams men get their competitive seasons up and running in the O’Byrne and Walsh Cups.
The Dublin Hurlers get the action underway at 2pm with their clash against Carlow. That is followed at 4pm by the Dublin footballers meeting with DCU.
They should be two highly entertaining games to get supporters warmed up for the season ahead on a cold winters day.
