With the Inter County season at a close, Dublin players will be returning their focus to the Senior Club Championship.

Round 2 of this year’s competition will be played out this weekend from Friday to Sunday in a number of venues around the county.

Killtipper Road will host Friday evening’s game between Lucan Sarsfields and Ballinteer St. Johns.

The first of two double headers will take place in Parnell Park this Saturday as St. Judes will meet Clontarf and Kilmacud Crokes will square off against reigning Dublin, Leinster and All Ireland Champions Ballyboden St. Endas.

Sunday will see a double header in Garristown as Whitehall Colmcille face Skerries and Raheny take on Parnells. Castleknock will face St. Sylvesters in Drumnigh. And the second of the weekends Parnell Park double headers will feature Ballymun Kickhams taking on St. Brigids, with St. Vincents and Na Fianna closing out the day.

Eight games to see Round 2 out. Plenty to enjoy.

Get out and support your local clubs this weekend.
