As the weeks go on, the games keep getting more important, and we’ve six more fixtures this weekend to get your teeth into.
Two games on Saturday, starting with an All Ireland Minor Ladies Football Semi Final, and following Dublin’s epic battle with Westmeath at the start of the month in the Leinster Final, they’ll face Armagh, aiming for a place in this year’s All Ireland Final. Venue and time will be confirmed later.
It’s D-Day for Dublin’s Senior Camogie panel, after a powerful performance against Tipperary this past Saturday, they go into the final round game of the Liberty Insurance Championship knowing a win, and a win by a massive margin, is the only result against Derry that will see them through to the knockout stages of the competition. Venue and throw in will again be confirmed later.
We have four games on Sunday, starting with the U16 All Ireland Camogie Championships and following yesterday’s convincing wins for both our U16A and B panels, they both hit the road to face Waterford and Derry respectively in the next round of these two competitions.
Dublin’s Premier Junior Camogie panel will travel to Fenagh on Sunday to face Carlow in their second to last round game in the Liberty Insurance Championship. Shane Plowman’s team must get a win this weekend to be in with any chance of advancing further in this competition. Throw in is 2:30pm in Netwatch Training Centre.
And finally, Dublin fans will return to Croke Park for the 2016 Leinster Senior Football Final with Jim Gavin’s men taking on Westmeath in a repeat of last year’s final and hoping to win a whopping sixth Delaney Cup in a row. All eyes will be on HQ at 4:00pm
Another great selection of games to get out and support.
