Adult Club Championships

With everything that’s going on in the country, the competitive action is flying by at an unbelievable rate. And tomorrow night we’ve got more action in this year’s We Are Dublin GAA Dublin Camogie Adult Club Championships. There’s one remaining game in the Inter 1 competition before the semi finals are decided. And the Inter 2 and Junior grades reach the penultimate rounds. Here are all the details for tomorrow night’s Camogie Championship action.

Inter 1 Championship

It’s a rescheduled Round 1 game tomorrow night between Na Fianna B and Naomh Fionnbarra. And as it stands Na Fianna can still make the last four in the Inter 1 Championship. But they need to secure that win tomorrow night.

Na Fianna sit behind Naomh Brid and Naomh Padraig in the Group 2 table. But if they can beat Naomh Fionnbarra by more that seven points they’ll knock Naomh Padraig out of the top two and snatch a semi final slot. But Finbarrs might have other ideas.

Inter 2 Championship

With two rounds to go Ballyboden St. Endas B, Whitehall Colmcille and Lucan Sarsfield B are all in contention to play out the Inter 2 decider. Ballyboden and Lucan go head to head tomorrow night, and Lucan can make ground should the snatch a win from the unbeaten Ballyboden. If Ballyboden win they’re guaranteed their shot at the title. Whitehall are this week Bye team and will have to wait until their meeting with Naomh Olaf next week to see where they stand.

In the other group game Naomh Olaf and CBC/Portobello play each other, both looking to secure their first win of the competition.

Junior 1 Championship

Just like the Inter 2 competition, there are two rounds to go in the Junior 1 Championship. And in Group 1 tomorrow night table toppers Kilmacud Crokes B and Naomh Maur square off to try get an edge. Both sides are on four points, both have had their bye week, so it’s all the play for.

Faughs/Celtic B will head for Thomas Davis tomorrow night and it’s their last chance to make a dent in the qualifying positions. But they need to win to finish on four points as next week is their bye week.

In Group 2 St. Vincents C are sitting on six points and comfortable as they head into their bye week. Naomh Barrog could match Vincents on points tomorrow if they beat Clanna Gael in their Round 4 game. Ballinteer St. Johns B have two more chances to make ground. Tomorrow night they face Erins Isle B, before meeting group leaders Vincents in the final round.
