Junior 4

Ballyboden St. Endas D improved their chances of qualifying for a Semi Final slot beating Cuala C by 3-07 to 2-04 tonight in Group 1. They haven’t quite caught St. Annes though, who still top the group. Annes took points from Ballinteer St. Johns C tonight, winning by 6-14 to no score. And Beann Eadair picked up a first championship win tonight in their game against Wild Geese, winning by 7-14 to 1-04.

In Group 2 Round Towers continue their unbeaten run tonight. They’ve now won four, beating Naomh Peregrine B by 7-11 to 1-04. They’ll surely face their biggest challenge in the final round when they face Lucan Sarsfield D.

Lucan tonight played out a 2-03 to 1-06 tied game with Faugh/Celtic C. That means they’ve dropped two points behind Round Towers at the top of the table before meeting the table toppers in next week’s final game.

At the bottom of the table, Erins Isle C picked up a valuable win over Na Fianna D. That 3-05 to 0-02 victory lifts them up the table before meeting Faughs/Celtic C next week.
