David Herity’s Senior Camogie panel will take great comfort in knowing that Parnells GAA Club will once again act as home turf for their second round game against Galway this Saturday in the Liberty Insurance Senior Camogie Championship.
The girls in blue had the best start they could have hoped for last weekend with a fantastic win over Clare in Round 1 and the Parnells club welcomed a massive crowd out in support.
The team went from 0-06 down to win by 0-03 in a hard fought battle and that will only make them grow in confidence ahead of this weekend’s game.
Let’s hope there’s as big a turn out on Saturday afternoon as there was last weekend to get behind the girls.
