We have a full round up of all tonight’s action from the Inter and Junior competition in the Dublin Adult Camogie Championship

Another eventful night as the first week of the 2021 Dublin Adult Camogie Championship comes to a close. And another batch of results to bring you at the end of Round 1 in the Inter 1 and 2, and the Junior 1 and 5 competitions. Here’s all you need to know.
Inter 1 (Groups A & B)
Raheny edged a first win in the Inter Championship, beating Naomh Fionnbarra by 3-08 to 2-10. And Na Fianna B started their campaign off with a 2-17 to 3-09 victory over Naomh Peregrine.
Group B threw up a tied game for Ballyboden St. Endas B and Naomh Padraig. The teams played out a 2-04 to 1-07 scoreline to end in stalemate. In the other group game tonight, Naomh Brid were solid 3-12 to 1-06 victors over St. Vincents B.
In Round 2 of Group A, Peregrines will welcome Finbarrs, and Raheny will face Na Fianna next week. Ballyboden will travel to Brigids next week, with Pats and Vincents squaring off in Round 2 of Group B.
Inter 2
The perfect start for Whitehall Colmcille in the Inter 2 competition. They start their campaign off with a 1-13 to 2-08 win over Kilmacud Crokes B on home turf.
CBC/Portobello will entertain Naomh Olaf next week in Round 2. Whitehall will travel to Lucan for their second round clash.
Junior 1A (Groups A & B)
A big start for Naomh Maur tonight in Group A of the Junior 1A competition. They travelled to Naomh Jude B, and came away with a 5-13 to 1-04 win.
Naomh Jude will settle into their bye week in Round 2 of Group A, and Maurs will entertain Ballinteer. In Group B, Crumlin will take on Faughs/Celtic B at home, with Castleknock B on their bye week.
Junior 1B
In Group B St. Vincents C got their first win of the competition over Naomh Mearnog on a 5-05 to 2-04 scoreline. Thomas Davis also started their championship off on the right foot beating Erins Isle B by 1-13 to 0-09
Round 2 will see Vincents on their bye. Mearnogs will travel to Erins Isle, and Barrog will take on Thomas Davis.
Junior 5A (Groups A & B)
Naomh Mearnog C had a goalfest against Lucan Sarsfield E tonight, winning their opening game by 7-05 to 0-05.
In Group B Na Fianna D put in a big shift, beating Erins Isle C by 5-05 to 2-06, so goals a plenty.
Round 2 of Group A will see Lucan on their bye week, with Mearnogs and Ballinteer squaring off. In Group B, Na Fianna and Ballyboden will go head to head, with Erins Isle will sit out until Round 3.
Junior 5B
Wild Geese got off to a massive 10-08 to no score win over Fingallians B in the Junior B competition. And St. Brendans enjoyed a 3-07 to 0-01 victory over Cuala D.
Cuala and Fingallians will square off in Round 2 next week. And St. Brendans will travel to Wild Geese.
