The Dublin Camogie Board have today announced the appointment of Frank Browne as the new Dublin Senior Camogie Manager for 2019.
Frank brings with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record with senior Inter County squads in both Hurling & Ladies Football.
Browne had two different spells managing the Mayo Senior Ladies football team taking them to All Ireland Finals in 2007 and 2017.
In addition he has also managed the Mayo Senior Hurling team and also worked with the Roscommon Senior Hurling team as Director of Fitness & Coaching.
Frank also had a very successful spell managing the Longford Senior Hurling team, in his second year in charge they won Division 3B league title and reached the Lory Meagher Final but were defeated by Warwickshire on the day.
But Browne guided his Longford team back to Croke Park the following year to win the 2014 Lory Meagher Cup.
Frank is finalising his back room team and the full list will be released once it is finalised.
The Dublin County Board and all of us here at We Are Dublin GAA wish Frank every success in his new role with the Dublin Senior Camogie team.
