Dublin will look to bounce back today after defeat to Cork in the All Ireland Minor Camogie Championship
Dublin v Tipperary
Electric Ireland Minor Camogie Championship
Sunday, March 19th. 1:00pm
National Games Development Centre, Abbotstown
The Dublin Minor Camogie panel will be looking for an improved performance atfer their opening round defeat to Cork in the All Ireland Championship. They face Tipperary today who also suffered defeat in their opening round tie. So a win for either side today is of huge importance.
Cork were 3-21 to 0-08 winners in Round 1 against the Dubs, and Dublin were all but out of that game by half time at Grangegorman. Cork were by far the better side, but we’ve seen this Dublin panel perform better and know there is still a fight in these girls.
Tipperary only lost to Kilkenny in Round 1 by the minimum margin of a point on a 1-11 to 2-07 scoreline so they’ll see today as an opportunity to take some points. But with Galway, Waterford and Kilkenny still to come Dublin have time to make an impact in the competition.
