The ‘Beast From The East’ and the forthcoming ‘Storm Emma’ continue to cause havoc with this weekends GAA fixtures.

Earlier today it was confirmed that the opening round of the U14 and U16 Leinster LGFA Leinster Championship Are postponed.

In the last few minutes it’s also been confirmed that the Littlewoods Ireland Camogie Leagues Division 2 clash between Dublin and Armagh which was due to take place on Sunday in Parnells GAA club and three fixtures that were due to take place on Saturday have all been called off.

After two wins from two away fixtures against Tipperary and Kildare, this Sunday’s game was to be the Dublin Premier Junior squads first home fixture of the season against an Armagh side still looking for their first win after defeats to Derry and Tipperary l.

But unfortunately due to the adverse weather conditions Dublin will have to wait a while longer for that first home tie as the fixtures Committee had no choice but to postpone the National League games for this coming weekend. A new date for these fixtures will be confirmed ASAP.
