Liberty Insurance Senior All Ireland Camogie Championship
Waterford v Dublin
Saturday 8th Of July
Venue: Walsh Park, Waterford
Throw-In: 2:30pm
Dublin Senior Camogie manager David Herity has announced his starting 15 to face Waterford on Saturday afternoon in Walsh Park in the Liberty Insurance Senior All Ireland Camogie Championship with the game down for a 2:30pm start.
Dublin started their championship campaign off with a good win against Clare but suffered a defeat to a very strong Galway side in their last outing.
It’s vital for the girls in blue to claim a victory against Waterford on Saturday to keep their championship fate in their own hands.
With only one more round of games left in the group after this weekend, a loss to the Déise who sit bottom of the group would be a serious blow to Dublin’s chances of qualifying for the knockout stages.
Dublin though have been steadily improving throughout this season and it would be a surprise if they didn’t bounce right back from the Galway defeat and claim victory over Waterford on Saturday.
The Waterford girls will be tough opponents particularly on their home patch, but David Herity’s squad is brimming with quality and should have to much for their hosts.
