A win for Dublin in their final league group game against Antrim will see them through to the Division 3B league final
The Dublin Intermediate Camogie squad head north tomorrow to Glen Rovers GAC for their final league group game against Antrim at 2pm.
Jimmy Greville’s side have their destiny in their own hands knowing a win over Antrim will see them qualify for the Division 3B league final.
Dublin have a had a good league campaign to date, they opened up with an emphatic win over Offaly by 4.21 to 0-01.
They followed that up with another dominant performance against Limerick in Abbotstown winning the game by 4-12 to 0-04.
In round three Dublin headed west to face another unbeaten side in the shape of Clare and suffered their first league defeat of the campaign with the final score 3-09 to 0-11.
A draw will also be enough for Dublin tomorrow to make the final as they currently sit second in the group above Antrim with a far superior scoring difference.
After an excellent start to their league campaign it would be a big disappointment if Dublin failed to make the final, Antrim are a hard side to beat on home turf and tomorrow’s game should be a tight affair, but based on the both sides results to date Dublin’s scoring power maybe the deciding factor to who comes out on top.
