Injury Prevention Workshop:

The final Dublin date for the Camogie injury prevention workshop is this coming Wednesday the 25th.

This will be held at the GAA centre in Abbottstown from 7 to 9pm and is completely free to attend.

In the workshop we will go through how to perform the camogie injury prevention programme, focusing on the techniques of each exercise as well as how to implement and adapt the programme to different age groups.

It will be mostly practical in nature where we will learn by doing as we go through each element of the programme as you would in a training session. This workshop is suitable for coaches of all levels and age-groups.
