Liberty Insurance All Ireland Senior Championship:
David Herity’s Senior side travelled to Bellefield GAA, Enniscorthy for the 4th round of the Liberty Insurance All Ireland Senior Camogie Championship on Saturday and secured an vital win against Wexford.
The full time score in the game was Wexford 0-13 and Dublin 1-14.
Next up for the Dublin Seniors is a home tie in the 5th round this coming Sunday against Tipperary. The game takes place in Parnell Park with the game down for a 2.30pm start.
There will be Mini games at half time and Hazel McKenna from St Pat’s will be the mascot on the day. Ella Crotty from Kevins Hurling and Camogie Club will sing the National Anthem.
Liberty Insurance All Ireland Premier Junior Championship:
Shane Ploughman’s Premier Juniors were at home to Armagh last Saturday in Parnells Gaa in Coolock for the 1st round of the All Ireland Premier Junior Championship.
They got off to the perfect start securing a substantial win against the girls from the Orchard County on a final scoreline of Dublin 0-22 and Armagh 1-08.
The squad will travel to Roscommon on Sunday next the 22nd of July for their 2nd round Camogie Championship game which takes place in St Dominic’s at 4pm.
Victory in that fixture will see Dublin progress to the All Ireland semi finals.
Leinster Camogie Minor B:
The Dublin Minor B team headed to the Marble County last Sunday morning to take on their hosts Kilkenny in Clara GAA club in the Leinster Minor B semi finals.
The early throw-in of 11.30am though had little effect on the girls in blue who ran out comfortable winners by nine points with the final score Kilkenny 1-05 and Dublin 2-11.
Dublin will now face Westmeath in the Leinster Camogie Championship final on Sunday the 29th of July with the venue and throw-in time to be confirmed.
Leinster Camogie Minor A:
The Dublin Minor A team will play Wexford in the Leinster Semi Final next Tuesday the 24th of July at home, the venue and throw-in time to be confirmed.
Dublin Camogie U16:
Both the Dublin U16 A and B teams will make the long journey to Cork for the 2nd round of their respective All Ireland Championships.
The venue for the games with be the Cork Camogie grounds with the U16B game starting at 2pm and the U16A game will follow at 4pm.
Dublin Camogie U15 Development:
The Dublin U15 team will go to Mallow on Saturday and play in a blitz.
Dublin Camogie U14:
The Dublin U14 team sent a B squad to the Waterford Blitz on Sunday last and beat Kilkenny 4-00 to 2-01 in the final.
Dublin Camogie/We Are Dublin GAA Club Championships:
The Dublin Camogie Club Championship draw will take place in Parnells GAA on Wednesday evening at 7pm. The draw will be streamed live on the We Are Dublin GAA Facebook page and YouTube channel.
