It’s been a tense tight battle here in Mallow in this opening Littlewoods Ireland National Camogie League Division 1, Group 1 clash between Dublin and Cork.
There is nothing to separate the sides at half time with both sides registering three points apiece.
Katrina Mackey with a brace and Gemma O’Connor with the points for Cork and the Dublin replies have come from Mairi Moynihan, Claire Donnelly and an Alison Maguire free.
Cork were awarded a penalty midway through the half but in fairness it should have been a free for Dublin for over carrying. Justice was done though as it was saved on the line and Dublin cleared the ball.
So it’s all to play for in the second half.
