Dublin supporters are in for a real treat next Monday the 26th of February on Eir Sport 1 at 9.30pm as the station airs the must watch and brilliant documentary from Marmalade Films called ‘True Blues’.

The documentary is an incisive insight into the Dublin Senior Camogie Squads journey through their 2017 All Ireland Senior Championship campaign.

It’s well documented how much inter-county players give and sacrifice for their respective sport and the Dublin Camogie players are no different.

But while the Dublin ladies and men’s footballers and hurlers have had success recently it’s been 33 years since a Senior Dublin Camogie team have lifted a championship trophy.

The documentary not only follows the squad through each of their championship games but also all aspects of the players lives in what is being hailed as a beautifully shot and honest to the bone, warts and all behind the scenes look into the lives of Dublin’s senior camogie players.

It’s certainly one not to be missed by Dublin GAA supporters and reliving the 2017 All Ireland journey of the young inexperienced girls in blue under their new manager, five time All Ireland senior hurling winner David Herity will be compelling and emotional viewing.

So mark the date and time in the diary, settle down on the couch at 9:30pm next Monday and switch on Eir Sport 1 for what will be a fascinating hour long documentary.
