Live Updates - All Ireland Minor Camogie Semi Final

Dublin v Cork
Saturday, August 28th. 2:00pm
St. Lachtains, Kilkenny

Four teams remain standing in this years Tesco All Ireland Minor Camogie Championship. And this afternoon Dublin, Cork, Galway and Kilkenny will battle it out for a place in the 2021 decider. And for Dublin and Cork, it’s a road trip to St. Lachtains GAA in Kilkenny.

From the opening fixture against Galway, John O’Connell’s Dublin panel have been impressive throughout the competition. They put that disappointing opening day defeat quickly behind, dominated against Tipperary, and were calm and calculated to take a three point victory over Waterford to book today’s Semi Final slot.

Despite losing, Dublin showed amazing character against a strong Galway side. And at full time only one point seperated the sides with Galway shading the fixture. But Dublin moved onto The Ragg and powered through Tipperary by 3-21 to 1-13 to secure a Quarter Final spot.

Last week, that game took place in horrible conditions at Abbotstown. And once again John O’Connells panel showed incredible maturity and composure to hold their nerve and send Waterford out of the competition on a 1-13 to 1-10 scoreline. And today, they’ll be asked again to raise their game as they look to qualify for an All Ireland Final.
