Following extensive sessions over the last 6 weeks involving over 150 girls in the “U-14 School of Excellence”, the time has come where this panel has to be brought down to manageable numbers.
All the mentors involved with this squad, would like to thank all the girls, and their parents for making their child available.
For those unsuccessful on this occasion there will be other occasions in which to trial and that the door is never closed. Girls of this young age develop at different times.
The County Board would hope that the all girls would have got something positive from the sessions and that this would be brought back to their club team, where this experience could be put to good use in the upcoming leagues.
The County board would also like to thank the mentors of this squad for the very professional manner in which this School of Excellence was run.
Attached below is the selected panel for the 2017. Parents will be contacted directly over the coming days with details of the time/venue for this week-ends session. This info will also appear on the Dublin county board and We Are Dublin GAA websites in due course.
