Dublin Minor Hurlers starting 15 announced for Leinster Round 1 meeting with Kilkenny

The Dublin Minor Hurlers will start their Leinster Championship this Sunday against Kilkenny in Parnell Park.
The young Dubs game will be the curtain raiser for the massive Leinster double header in Donnycarney, with the Senior Hurlers also facing Kilkenny.
Dublin are in Tier 1 of this years Electric Ireland Leinster Minor Hurling Championship. Their game against Kilkenny is the first of three round games, playing Laois away on May 19th and Wexford at home on May 25th.
All teams in Tier 1 automatically qualify for the Quarter Final stage of the competition, with their finishing position from the round phase determining their eventual opponents. Tier 2 contains Meath, Offaly, Kildare and Antrim, while Tier 3 features Westmeath, Carlow and Down.
The winner of Tier 2 will be awarded a Quarter Final position, with the remaining three positions contested in a preliminary contest. 1st, 2nd and 3rd in Tier 3 will play 4th, 3rd and 2nd in Tier 2 respectively.
The preliminary games will take place on June 2nd, the Quarter Finals on June 16th, the Semi Finals on June 23rd, with the Leinster Final on June 30th.
