With some qualifying games taking place tonight in the EIRGRID Leinster U21 Football Championship, Dublin now know who their quarter final opponents will be.

Westmeath beat neighbours Meath 2-08 to 0-12 in Lakepoint Park this evening and will face Dublin in this year’s Quarter Finals.

Dublin are reigning Leinster Champions, having beaten Carlow, Longford and Meath last year and will be looking to hopefully make it  a record breaking four championships on the bounce. Westmeath have only one provincial honours twice and have been runners up on three occasions.
